Thank you for submitting the DMR upload for this permit. I noticed this was Docusigned by the permittee. I approved
the submittal for our permit repository copy, but I wanted to send a reminder about DMR signatures. Be sure that the
original paper copy mailed to the DEQ Regional Office is signed with an original signature (not Docusigned). While we
use Docusign for some of our own documents as well, EPA NPDES regulations require a wet signature from the
permittee for paper reports like DMRs until submittal can be made through a CROMERR compliant system (which our
eDMR system will enable).
