for 100 percent buffer credit from 50 to 100 feet, EBX would like to convert the current nutrient offset

The site is located at 1641 NC Highway 96 in the southeast section of Granville County,
approximately 4.5 miles west of the City of Franklinton. The BPDP has been approved and the first

credit releases have been made. There is 5.88 acres located in zone 3 which we would like to convert
from nutrient offset to Neuse buffer. The Current nitrogen credit ledger is attached for your use.
