The Division of Water Resources (DWR) has performed a preliminary review of a 401 Water
Quality Certification application submitted for the above referenced property. Additional
information will be required in order to complete the review process.
Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Provide reference reach data, including appropriate measurements, dimensionless
ratios, and pebble count information, which support the project design.
2. Provide longitudinal profile of existing/modified channels.
3. Provide proposed longitudinal profile of the existing stream with overlay.
4. Justify stone sizing regarding constructed riffles.
5. Explain who will oversee the construction process.
6. Provide a monitoring plan for the restored reach, including the stability of the
channel and the success criteria for plants.
Please provide your response in writing to the addresses below prior to November 10, 2013.
Four copies of the required information should be provided to the Wetlands, Buffers, Stormwater
Compliance and Permitting Unit at:
