Who do you represent? I seriously can't tell anymore. Approving this project negatively affects the people already
living here, your constituents. Water quality, erosion, other environmental impacts, further clear -cutting of land
that we all enjoy and is part of the reason why we chose to live here.
But this will take all that away, to benefit who? People who don't even live here yet.
You are neglecting to do what is in the best interest of the people you are chartered to represent and safeguard,
in preference for people who don't even live here yet. As in, not the people you are here for.
I also saw the charter for this project is sneaking in under a reference to an approval from 1972 '73. Right as the
Clean Water Act was passed, so not really being in effect yet and respected. You are supposed to protect our
waters, but are letting in a project that is using pre-Clea Water Act standards??
