In addition, please acknowledge that the Amendment of the MBI includes past approved updates and corrections to the MBI, such as credit release schedules, monitoring plans, amended construction plans, and Conservation Easement survey boundary revisions. This execution does not release any additional credits. All credit releases continue to adhere to the schedules depicted in the Amendment of the MBI.
