The CMUD permit number for this project is: 207-591. The subdivision was originally being developed with public streets. The project was modified to a gated community with private streets. As a result CMUD will not accept the Sewer Collection System. The purpose of this application is to obtain a NCDENR permit for a private sewer system. The flow acceptance and treatment capacity has been evaluated and approved through the CMUD review process. 13. Have the following permits/certifications been submitted for approval?
