The Glennon project is a proposed mixed use multi -family residential
development and commercial development located at the intersection
of Rolesville Road and US highway 64 in Wendell, NC. The project is
approximately 56 acres and proposes the construction of residential
lots, roadway infrastructure, utilities, SCM's, pedestrian trails and
amenities. Existing conditions onsite consists primarily of undisturbed
forested land. Specifically, there is one (1) wetland, one (1)
intermittent stream and one (1) perennial stream located on the
property. There are proposed stream and buffer impacts for road
crossings. General land use in the vicinity of the project consists of
forested land with some residential and commercial developments.
US 64 Highway bounds the property to the south and Rolesville Road
bounds the property to the east.
