There are three lots on the cove. Two have houses and one does not. I own
one with a house and the vacant land as well.

7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or
why it is necessary):
We will dredge the cove according to the attached drawings. The spoils
will be removed via truck from the shoreline to the fill area on land
approximately 500 feet away from the lake. Upon completion, the rip rap
will be repaired and replaced as necessary to clean up the shore line.

be removed which is in the rip raped area.
