This 9-acre project site is located southwest of downtown Charlotte. It
includes three businesses. One is in a former single-family residence
with a maintained yard and hardwood forest. Successional mixed
hardwood/pine occupies the area along the northeast property
boundary. Land use in the vicinity of the project consists of industrial,
commercial, single-family residences and multi -family developments.
The project is a multi -family residential development. The
development consists of some retail space, necessary infrastructure,
and residential amenities including a parking garage, stormwater
control measures, and a pool courtyard area.
