I am completely opposed to this project. It will have a large negative impact on the river, and watershed as a
whole. This area protects the river and watershed and is much -loved by the community for its recreational
possibilities. My family spends a lot of time in this area, just enjoying the wildness of it.
I understand the developer has already cleared a large swath of land, possibly without permits. He should be
required to repair the damage.
This area can never be replaced and will have extensive negative impacts. At a minimum, this project needs a
thorough review. I'd hope you disallow it entirely.
