Jason and Mackenzie,
Based on my site visit on 07/01/2021 the Corps concurs with the delineation within the red outlined "Project Study
Area" on the attached "Figure 3 — Potentially Jurisdictional Features Map". It may take 90-120 days for the issuance of a
written jurisdictional determination. The delineation may be used for planning and permitting purposes, should a
permit be required the JD can be issued at the time of permit verification. The AID for the project is SAW-2021-00812. I
have attached the delineation for reference.
