It may take 90-120 days for the issuance of a written jurisdictional determination. The delineation may be used for planning and permitting purposes, should a permit be required the JD can be issued at the time of permit verification. The AID for the project is SAW-2021-00812. I have attached the delineation for reference. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
