Hi David,
I think the proposal you submitted (attached) for expanding the La Grange Bank is acceptable, but without having all of
the other details, I cannot issue an approval to start planting right now. Here are the additional items you will need to
provide for this project:

-Bank Parcel Development Package for LaGrange Phase II to be approved by DWR before any additional planting is
performed.
-Conservation Easement of the extended tract
-Survey (signed and sealed) showing new phase and nutrient offset acreage
-Phase II is subject to 5 years of monitoring (year 1 would begin no less than 5 months after site is completely planted)
-Phase II is subject to its own credit release schedule
-financial assurance for construction (if needed) and for 5 years of monitoring (compliance with UMBI)
