Please find attached a modification to the above - referenced project. The culvert has been shortened, but the location of
impacts has had to shift to accommodate NCDOT design comments. See the attached e -mails and documents for more
background. Pursuant to the notification of change condition in the 401 certification approval letter dated September 12,
2012, we are providing this change information to you.
