I am opposed to the proposed building of homes or any other structure along the Eno River not meant for
preservation. The most recent building project nearby has already stressed the park and water system by
causing a long drawn out construction project in a natural area meant to be enjoyed by the people of our city.
This area is meant to be protected and the permits currently drawn were not approved in good faith or with
regard for the public's interest.
The Eno River and it's parks are the property and the legacy of the public- not to be privatized, monitized, or
leveraged for developers.
