I am very much opposed to this project. The West Point on the Eno is arguably the crown jewel of the Durham
City Parks and the Eno River is arguably the crown jewel of Durham. This projects impact on the park, the river,
and the overall character of the area will forever have a negative impact. Additionally the impact on traffic is
unimaginable when coupled with the other projects already in progess.
I am not opposed to beneficial development. I am however opposed to this project.
