Durham is vibrant city and community and growing by leaps and bounds. As such, building more housing in
North Durham is logical.
HOWEVER, the Eno river and the forests and lands associated with it are an important part of Durham. As such,
any building, particularly on the scale projected by this developer, must go through the required public meetings.
It is important to know the details of the plan and to know the long term effects that this project will certainly have
on the environs.
the climate is changing and with the potential of flooding as well as increased heat have been well recognized.
We must ensure that all the rules are followed and that the natural beauty and features are protected.
