I am concerned about
1. the loss of forest acreage
2. The negative effect on local flora and fauna
3. overdevelopment causing a strain on the water table, even a possible collapse
4. pesticide run off from lawn maintenance in the development
5. The Eno River getting polluted
6. The Eno River flowing into Falls Lake is the source of drinking water for many people
7. The trend of non -local developers and investment groups buying up local property
8. That there hasn't been a hearing to discuss local feelings for such a huge development
9. An environmental impact study is crucial
