The project is very close to West Point on the Eno park and the Eno river. I am concerned that the construction
and the one mile of town homes will pose a threat to the water quality in Warren Creek, Black Meadow Creek,
and the Eno River. I swim and fish in the Eno River and I am concerned the decreased water quality will be
dangerous for swimmers and fish. I am concerned that decreased water quality will affect endangered species
such as the Neuse River Waterdog. Durham residents will be drinking water from the Eno once the Teer Quarry
water intake is built. It is important to protect Eno River water quality to protect this future source of drinking
water.
