While we need affordable housing in Durham, the locations should be chosen carefully to ensure we don't
degrade the features that make Durham such an attractive city in which to live. By building an enormous housing
complex right next to West Point on the Eno, we will surely see a huge drop in the quality of the water running
through the Eno and therefore a drop off in the beauty of the Eno. There are many other places in town that
would make a lot more sense for a giant housing complex. Keep the Eno beautiful, please.
