I am opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. I am very concerned about the
potential impacts of this development on the Eno River, local water quality, local wildlife, historic sites, and the
overall needs of the Durham community.
This project would have a significant public impact and needs greater oversight through a different permit type
and higher level of review. I believe a Public Hearing should be required for this development.
