To All
I noticed an error in the application. It's in the Cumulative Impacts (DWQ Requirement) section on
Page 9. 1 stated in the application that there will be a need for a future stream crossing with a road,
but that it was not requested at this time. This was from the earlier plans that proposed a stub road
across the stream to the south to provide interconnectivity to the property south of this
development. The applicant worked with the Town on an alternative that would avoid the need for
this future stream crossing by providing a road stub to the east which would allow a future road to
cross above the stream origin to provide connectivity to the property to the south. So, I stricken this
sentence from the application, and provided this revised page 9 attached to this email. Sorry for the
confusion.
