The social and environment consequences are not worth the development!
The developer has a reputation for being dishonest and prioritizing profits of people and land.
Historic burial grounds of freed slaves would be disturbed by this development. This is a horrific and
unacceptable disregard for black history in Durham.
The city could save resources they may spend dealing with on the ground protests if the development breaks
ground.
I strongly oppose this development.
