The Westpoint development will bring harm to the health and safety of the Eno River's ecosystems and
ecosystem services. There is no acceptable basis for this development (or the process by which it is being
approved) that takes into account the needs of our community and environment. It's clear that this project needs
more robust review and oversight, and a public hearing needs to take place.
