Based on the general environmental impacts and human environment impacts, the impacts to the Endangered
Species and their habitat, the impact to the Historic Site of West Point on Eno, and the already documented
large public opposition - I'd like to see the Division of Water Resources and US Army Corps of Engineers review
and reject the application as proposed. A further look into the permit type required should be considered by the
USACE, and a Public Hearing should be required from the Division of Water Resources.
