I am opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. This project is not listening and hearing
the voices of the Durham public, in which I believe a Public Hearing should be required for this development.
This development will not only impact many Durham residents' lives and well being, but will also strongly affect
and harm the environment in which we need to protect, now more than ever. Please consider the health and
safety of our Durham residents, the quality of the water we drink, the protection of our trees and animals, and the
preservation of historic sites. Thank you for your time.
