I strongly oppose this proposed development project. I do not think the assessments reflect the impact of the 401
Individual Clean Water Act Permit disturbances or environmental impact of this development, nor do I think this
project or specific permit is in the public interest of Durham residents or the environment.
While I understand the need for housing as the Triangle continues to grow, it is just as important to preserve the
environment and quality of life that makes Durham the unique city that it is today. This would jeopardize that
greatly and I believe a Public Hearing should be required for this development to pursue.
