The Eno River is a tremendous public asset in the North Carolina Piedmont generally, and in my community of
Durham, NC specifically. The preservation of its direct ecosystem and watershed is a social imperative.
Developing the proposed houses in the proposed location is not the optimal public consumption of a common
good- in fact it harms this place. Do not proceed.
