This project would have a huge impact on an ecosystem that is unique to this area and as such should be
subject to a very high standard of review, including a public hearing. This area already has many challenges with
regard to traffic and flooding that would be exacerbated by the high -density development proposed in this
project. Additionally the project fails to account for the simultaneous impacts of new high school construction in
the immediate vicinity.
