_ _ _General
I . Based on the A/E's certification in the Permit Application that all 15A NCAC 2H .0200
requirements regarding gravity sewers and force mains, and the Division of Water Quality's
Gravity Sewer Minimum Design Criteria adopted February 12, 1996 have been met, a review of
these items has not been performed. It shall be the permittee's responsibility to ensure the plans
and specifications meet the appropriate design criteria and rules. Final approval of these
documents will not imply approval of any variance from these criteria unless specifically
requested and granted. Failure to comply may result in penalties in accordance with North
Carolina General Statute 143-215.6A— 143-215.6C, construction of additional facilities, and/or
referral of the N.C. Professional Engineer to the licensing board.
