I'm really opposed to this development project. The threats to water quality are serious and the city should
prioritize our watershed for this project specifically, and in general, to how lenient we have been with developers
in many different regards. I don't feel confident that the developers have done their due diligence on addressing
the environmental concerns this project raises and hope the City and County will require additional investigation
before approving a project of such a serious size and scope.
A public hearing should definitely be required for this project, as I believe it could have serious impacts on the
environment of Durham and on its citizens. Please do not approve this project!
