We have concerns regarding the possibility of water run off from the development with a negative impact on the
current storm drain ditches along Argonne Drive and the larger drain along Chateau Drive.
There will be increased vehicle traffic mixed with increased foot traffic which results in the risk of more accidents
. There are no sidewalks along Argonne Drive neither along Roxboro Road therefore pedestrians are walking in
the streets.
