We also have the seeding mixture listed on the same Plan Sheet C902 as discussed with Tamera Eplin for the Trout Buffer and Riparian areas. The stream crossing details are on Plan Sheet C802. I have attached those plan sheets for your use. Amanda, I'll be happy to send them via link if you need to send that to me again. Chris, thank you for the update on the wetland maps. Second, do you have a seeding mixture for the wetland impact areas and is it somewhere in the construction documents? - If not, please prepare one that includes the NC DOT riparian seed mix (it is available from Green Resources and works well when mixed with a temporary stabilization mix). We are still waiting to see if there are some additional requirements within the DOT mitigation area and will have clarity soon. Finally, I have attached new impact maps- I caused some confusion with the way I noted stream impact S10 in that it appeared that some impacts were to occur to wetlands. (Instead of having the leader extend to the white box I had it pointing to a wetland complex.) Also, if you have atypical for the temporary fstream crossing please include it and then make a note on it that it will be restored per the "Vegetated Streambank Restoration" typical. It will be helpful if you note that the stream bank restoration needs to be completed within 10 days of the removal of the temporary ford. TYPICALLY THIS INVOLVES RESTORING THE DISTURBED WORK AREAS TO A CONDITION EQUAL TO THEIR PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONDITION. FOR DISTURBED VEGETATED AREAS, PERMANENT STABILIZATION WOULD ESTABLISH PERMANENT VEGETATION USING A SEED MIXTURE APPROPRIATE FOR THAT SPECIFIC LOCATION. FOR DISTURBED NON-VEGETATED AREAS (PAVEMENT, GRAVEL AREAS, DRIVEWAYS), PERMANENT STABILIZATION WOULD INCLUDE SUCH ITEMS AS PATCHING/REPAVING ASPHALT AREAS, RESTORING GRAVEL DRIVEWAY AND PARKING AREAS, REPLACING CONCRETE SIDEWALKS, ETC. 20.IN THOSE LOCATIONS CLASSIFIED TO BE TROUT BUFFER, DISTURBED AREAS ARE REQUIRED TO BE STABILIZED AND RESTORED DAILY AS THE WORK PROGRESSES. TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT SEEDING WITHIN TROUT BUFFER AREAS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCDEQ'S BUFFER ZONE (NC ESCPDM 6.74) AND NCDEQ'S GUIDELINES FOR RIPARIAN BUFFER RESTORATION. 21.THE JOB SUPERINTENDENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PRACTICES. THE SUPERINTENDENT SHALL BE REQUIRED TO INSPECT ALL E&S MEASURES ON EVERY WORK DAY AND AFTER EVERY RAINFALL EVENT. 22.AFTER ACHIEVING ADEQUATE PERMANENT STABILIZATION, THE TEMPORARY E&S CONTROLS WILL BE CLEANED UP AND REMOVED. 23.THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AREAS HAVE BEEN PRIORITIZED SUCH THAT THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUESTED TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN GENERAL ORDER OF PRIORITY; LINE 100'S BEING FIRST, LINE 200'S SECOND, AND SO ON. A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR IN ESTABLISHING THE PRIORITY ORDER IS THE FACT THAT THOSE LINES IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO STREAMS WOULD BE MOST ACCESSIBLE DURING THE DRIER WEATHER SUMMER AND FALL MONTHS. 24.ALL STREAM WORK SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN THE DRY. WORK IN LIVE STREAMS REQUIRES THAT A PUMP AROUND SYSTEM BE INSTALLED AND FUNCTIONAL PRIOR TO STREAM DISTURBANCE. 25.CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT DISTURB MORE ACTIVE STREAM CHANNEL THAN CAN BE STABILIZED BY THE END OF THE DAY. A 24-HOUR PUMP AROUND SYSTEM IS REQUIRED IF IN-STREAM CONSTRUCTION IS NOT COMPLETED AND STABILIZED BY THE END OF THE WORK DAY. 26.BEGIN SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTION AT THE FURTHEST MANHOLE DOWNSTREAM AND PROCEED UPSTREAM WITH SEWER LINE AND MANHOLE REPLACEMENTS. COMPLETE TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT STABILIZATION OF THE WORK AREA AS APPROPRIATE FOR THE SPECIFIC LOCATION. 27.IN THE EVENT OF TIME-OF-YEAR RESTRICTION FOR IN-STREAM WORK DUE TO TROUT WATERS, THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD STRONGLY CONSIDER INITIALLY INSTALLING PROPOSED SEWER LINE STREAM CROSSINGS IN AS MANY OF THE LOCATIONS AS POSSIBLE PRIOR TO THE IN-STREAM TIME-OF-YEAR RESTRICTION TAKING EFFECT THEN WORK BACK TO THOSE STREAM CROSSINGS WITH SEWER LINE REPLACEMENTS AT A LATER DATE WHEN IN-STREAM WORK IS PROHIBITED. 28.AT PROPOSED SEWER LINE STREAM CROSSING LOCATIONS, MAKE PROVISIONS TO COMPLETE THE CROSSING USING THE APPROPRIATE METHOD TO MAINTAIN STREAM FLOW; I.E. FLUME PIPE METHOD, COFFERDAM METHOD, AERIAL STREAM CROSSING, ETC. MOBILIZE A TEMPORARY TRENCH DEWATERING PUMP AND PIPING FOR TRENCH DEWATERING. CONSTRUCT THE SEWER LINE STREAM CROSSING AND INSTALL TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT STABILIZATION OF THE STREAM CROSSING AS APPROPRIATE FOR THE SPECIFIC LOCATION. 29.CONTINUE WITH THE PROPOSED SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTION UPSTREAM TO THE PROPOSED ENDING POINT AND COMPLETE SEWER LINE AND MANHOLE TESTING. COMPLETE WORK REQUIRED SWITCH SEWER SYSTEM FLOW TO THE NEW LINE SEGMENT(S). COMPLETE ANY SPECIFIED SEWER LINE DEMOLITION FOR EXISTING SEWER LINES TO BE ABANDONED. COMPLETE TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT STABILIZATION OF THE WORK AREA AS APPROPRIATE FOR THE SPECIFIC LOCATION. 30.DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO INSPECT THE PREVIOUSLY DISTURBED WORK AREAS AND MAINTAIN/REPAIR THOSE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES INSTALLED UNTIL FINAL STABILIZATION IS ACHIEVED. AFTER ALL CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED, FINAL RESTORATION AND STABILIZATION IS ACHIEVED IN ALL DISTURBED AREAS, AND NCDEQ APPROVES OF THE RESTORATION EFFORTS, ANY REMAINING TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL MEASURES (I.E.
