Revisions have been made based on comments from your Request For Additional Information letter to Kennedy dated September 17, 2013. You requested the information below: 1. Plans have been modified to result in an impact of approximately 360 linear feet. Two sections of modular block seawall impact 338 linear feet. Riprap placed to protect two existing trees will makeup the balance of the impact. The rest of the unprotected shoreline will remain slightly eroded sandy "beach ". 2. Photos are included to to show the sections of shoreline that are to be addressed. 3. The application has been modified to reflect the total impact of both seawall and riprap. Riprap will be placed to address eroded conditions around the exposed tree roots. Less than 200 square feet of riprap will be used. Half will be below normal pool elevation. Half will be above. I trust that this information addresses the issues that resulted in the original application being put on -hold. Please advise.
