This area is a precious resource that is well -utilized by all walks of life in Durham. A place where one feels in
nature, away from the hustle and bustle of life and yet one does not need to travel far away to reach that calm. It
is reachable by bus and almost by bike. It would be such a shame to go forward with the project which would
disturb the concept of nature and outside in Durham. Thank you for your consideration.
