This project is too dense for the location. Too many structures, too much pavement. A lot of run off and likely
erosion down into the Eno State Park.
Reducing the density, the numbers of paved roads/parking and moving the dwellings away from the edge of the
property/park boundary would reduce the environmental impact and still allow the developer to add housing in
this area.
