This project is totally unsuitable for the area. In the 1970's I lived in an apartment that was very close to Roxboro
St and the traffic was dreadful then during morning and afternoon commuting periods. It was also very noisy on
weekends at night. The impact on development of this area so close to the West Point on the Eno will be
significant. The need to develop more affordable housing is not going to be addressed with this project.
