The deleterious effect of putting up a subdivision on wooded land is significant. Negatively impacted will be the
surrounding homes for items for water flow management; needed additional infrastructure and the maintenance
thereof, not to mention the additional expenses of providing police and fire support on an ongoing basis.
Roadways and other structures would prevent weather related water runoff from adequate ground absorption
causing flooding. It is the wooded areas that provide appropriate run -odd and absorption space in an ecological
manner.
Additionally, projected local tax base income would not offset the costs of the infrastructure, both hard and soft.
In short, no construction should be permitted period.
