Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. The existing wetlands will be protected by silt fence prior to construction. The wetlands will be clearly marked on the construction plans and avoidance of wetland impact will be discussed at the preconstruction meeting. To avoid impact to the existing wetland, the wetland impact will not be performed during periods of rain or when rain is expected. 2.
