When resubmitting application it would fall under DWR Number 20211336 Version 2.

I wanted to unsubmit/delete the PCN application for the Hunting Hills Bridge in Watauga (B-5979, bridge 346). We need
to resubmit without NCDOT as the applicant, which we will do at a later date. Sorry for any confusion. Let me know if I
should contact anyone else in NCDWR. I've Cc'd NCWRC staff to let them know, in case they have also received the
application.

Resources - 401 Buffer Permitting Branch.
