I am opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. Based on the general environmental
impacts and human environment impacts, the impacts to the Endangered Species and their habitat, and the
impact to the Historic Site of West Point on Eno I believe the Division of Water Resources and US Army Corps of
Engineers should review and reject the application as it proposed. A further look into the permit type required
should be considered by the USACE, and a Public Hearing should be required from the Division of Water
Resources.
