I am opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. This development will have negative
impacts to water quality and drinking water, negative impacts to the surrounding wildlife including threatened and
endangered species, and negative impacts to the water quality of Warren Creek and Black Meadow Creek. As a
frequent visitor of West Point on the Eno City Park I fear this development cause irreversible damage the the
natural area that I love.
