I am opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. I do not feel that this project or specific
permit accurately reflect the true impact of the development's environmental effects and I do not believe is in the
Public Interest of Durham residents or the environment. I believe a Public Hearing should be required for this
development. I also believe that the group Save Black Meadow Ridge has raised many concerns that I share.
