It is clear from the information that dedicated individuals who know and understand the projected impact have
provided for the public that this development is not in the public interest. Removing 60 acres of forest next to
West Point at the Eno and replacing it with nearly a mile long row of townhouses will interrupt natural processes
of the streams and land that are important for Durham and its residents. Having read the information I agree that
this is very risky and must not occur.
I will appreciate your very serious consideration of the potential impact on these important natural resources
which our city and county services, with the residents, have protected over many years. This is not the best use
of this land and is not in the best interest of the Durham County.
