I am concerned that the development will have negative impacts on water quality, wildlife, and endangered
species, and critically important recreational benefits of the Eno River and related parks to the large community
across Durham that uses them. These issues have not been sufficiently evaluated in the permit.
I believe the permit needs review from the US Army Corps of Engineers, along with additional oversight and
impact assessments and a public hearing.
