Protection of the Eno River and surrounding area is critical in maintaining adequate supplies of safe drinking
water, not just in the Triangle but to communities beyond, as the river flows into Falls Lake and follows the Neuse
River into the Albemarle -Pamlico Sound. High -density development will negatively impact this valuable and
irreplaceable resource.
