Housing in Durham is desperately needed but the Eno River is a treasure which MUST BE protected. There are
many alternate sites for development. Additionally, the housing is being built for upper middle class buyers whom
have many other 'scenic' sites to choose from. If the development was for affordable housing, maybe I'd feel
differently.
