This is a watershed. The health and safety of the residents of Durham is higher priority than money in your
pocket. We are stand-in stewards of this land since we killed off the indigenous peoples that cultivated it
responsibly, and tearing down trees, stripping the earth of it's topsoil, will spell disaster. If you go forward with this
project, the residents in their brand new homes with driveways, water -intensive yards, and runoff from vehicles
will poison themselves and the rest of us. Not to mention the flooding and insurance costs for flooding.
Make it make sense, yall. This is shitty.
