This development would irreparably harm a unique valuable natural resource that's important for all citizens of
Durham, in order to benefit a few/a development company. It also seems the environmental impacts were not
thoroughly investigated or sufficiently considered. New developments in Durham do not need to come at the
expense of the environment. Access to areas like city parks is important for everyone, even aside from the
environmental impacts of such a project.
