I oppose the Westpoint development and their permit application. The assessments do not reflect the true picture
of the development's impacts and the impacts from the 401 Individual Clean Water Act Permit disturbances. This
project or specific permit is NOT in the Public Interest of Durham residents or the environment. A Public Hearing
should be required for this development.
This project should be deemed to have a significant public impact and needs greater oversight through a
different permit type and higher level of review.
