As a public health practitioner, I see there are grave and irreparable consequences to this project. This land and
river park are a source of green space for residents which has mental health benefits.
Air pollution is inevitable with this development by losing forest area, increasing traffic, and with that comes noise
and light pollution too.
Quality of life obviously tanks for us in the area as well and none of this can be undone. Do not make us suffer
because of greedy developers that care nothing about Durham.
